Helped solve our issue with the toilet!

Shafi was professional, arrived early, fixed the issue quickly, and answered all my questions clearly and patiently.

There is supposed to be two person showing to uninstall the TV. There is all one guy show. The other guy never came so I end up me and my son helping him put the TV on everything ready wires on the wall. I already did it for the previous TV so we just change the mountain and put the TV.
