Zohair is the only professional who showed up on time today and was very patient waiting for the other professional to show up. Bruce let us know he overslept and was on his way. Zohair showed incredible strength lifting some very heavy furniture. My husband helped him with one item. The job was not complete because the platforms for our bed are extremely heavy. We paid him for his services as he stood there drenched in sweat. We thought $250 plus a $20 tip seemed fair. We paid him in cash and agreed on $250. I made an appointment next Sunday for someone to move these heavy duty platforms. The job will be then be complete. I do not expect your agency to charge my credit card without my permission for the full amount quoted for 2 movers as though everything went smoothly. I have contacted my CC company and have disputed the entire amount of the quote because my husband helped and because Zohair worked very hard to lift the bedroom items with granite tops. I was so afraid he was going to hurt himself. Nice guy, on time, did most of the job.i would recommend him to anyone.
