Carl pulled the commode from the floor and as usual when you call someone the odor wasn’t apparent. But he did explain how because I smelled it mostly in the evenings it could be because of increased neighborhood use. He poured enzyme in the hole and replaced a loose screw. Advised me that if I smell it again to contact him. I do appreciate his expertise and professionalism.

John was on time and finished the work in less than 30 minutes. He was communicative, efficient, and professional.

After two missed appointments because of the technology snafu with the app and website on 10/14-10/15, Brandon made a special effort to come at an inconvenient time for him, through rush-hour traffic, to put our guest bed together before my 80-year-old sister arrived for a visit! I was getting frantic! He put it all together himself, though the instructions recommended 2people, and set up the electric adjustable features and explained it all to us. We plan to ask him back when Dreamcloud sends the missing headboard bracket. We really appreciated his flexibility, strength, and efficiency!
