Beaute was so outstanding!!! She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and made sure our needs were met with the swing set for our son!!! She traveled three times to our home and kept her word to help us even though there was confusion on my end with setting the appointment. Wayfair advised me to set the appointment up for furniture (not outdoor swing set as it should have been). Beaute handled all of the confusion flawlessly, and worked with us to get it all resolved. Unfortunately, there was a mix up of the type of service to be provided. I was told by Wayfair to request 4-piece furniture installation services but should have been outdoor installation of a Playset. Regardless, Beaute stayed with me until the confusion was resolved. She shared her technical knowledge of how the swing set should be set up, how many ppl were required to do the job and helped me with getting the appointment rescheduled to include two people versus one. She also proactively called someone who will be the second rep to help with the job once it was rescheduled and he had already agreed to it by the time I called Handy (for the third or fourth time, trying to coordinate for a rescheduled appointment. She waited patiently while I had to figured out how to use the app after resetting my password two or three times she could have left and gone back home - sh though she had driven an hour and a half to a job that she came prepared to work. What an awesome professional and knowledgeable representative of the company! She was willing to come back to the rescheduled appointment on Monday, March 14th. So grateful for her amazing customer service!! Reward her!! :)
