Luz came promptly and got right to work. She was extremely productive and made sure to pay attention to details. I would definitely recommend her as she did a great job and was courteous of my home, pet and toddler.

I want to give 5 stars but it doesn’t show how many stars are being given in the feedback form and says “we’re sorry about your experience” but my experience was great, so it doesn’t make sense. I’m concerned that you are submitting a low rating although I can’t find how to confirm that this is the problem.
