Daniel worked hard on a job for me. We should have had more detailed communication first on both on our ends about what exactly the yard clean up job did entailed and tools needed. So we ended up spending some time on coordinating needs, figuring out tools, etc but after that, he persisted and did a hard job in hot heat weather on weeds in my alley with tools I provided.
